Terms of Service

AskWoody Pro is provided by AI Innovation Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). By creating a contractor account or using the product you agree to these terms.

AskWoody Pro is intended for licensed HVAC contractors and small heating/cooling shops. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You must operate a legitimate HVAC business and comply with the laws that apply to your work — including EPA Section 608 refrigerant handling, state contractor licensing, and consumer protection statutes.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact woody@askwoodyhvac.ai right away.

AskWoody Pro is offered in a Free tier (3 documents per month, watermarked customer PDFs) and a Pro tier ($29/month or $290/year, unlimited documents, no watermark). Pricing and features are subject to change; we will provide notice before any change affects an active subscription.

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing dashboard; you will retain Pro access through the end of the paid period.

Contractors on Pro can accept card and buy-now-pay-later payments from their customers through Stripe Connect. Funds settle directly to the contractor's Stripe balance. AI Innovation Solutions LLC does not hold contractor funds and does not charge a platform fee on customer payments — Stripe's standard processing fees apply.

By using AskWoody Pro to send SMS, email, or invoices to your customers, you confirm that:

• You have obtained the customer's consent to receive communications from you
• You will honor STOP/unsubscribe requests promptly
• The work described in your documents is accurate and delivered as promised
• You comply with EPA 608 refrigerant recordkeeping obligations

You are the party responsible to your customer for the work you perform. AI Innovation Solutions LLC is not a party to the contractor–customer relationship.

You may not use AskWoody Pro to:

• Send unsolicited marketing or promotional messages
• Impersonate another contractor or misrepresent your business
• Send content that violates applicable law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service

You retain ownership of business data you enter into AskWoody Pro. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data solely to operate the service for you. We own the AskWoody Pro software, branding, and product content.

AskWoody Pro uses AI (voice transcription, structured field extraction, and text generation) to speed up your workflow. AI output is best-effort and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing anything you send to a customer.

AskWoody Pro is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the service reliable and accurate, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. You use it at your own discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Innovation Solutions LLC's total liability arising from your use of AskWoody Pro will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the service, or fail to pay for a Pro subscription. If we terminate for cause, we will let you export your data first when reasonably possible.

We will update these terms as the product evolves and post the revised version here with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be emailed to active contractor accounts.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
